Terms of use

These terms govern use of the GoFlexExtend website and private-beta communications. They do not make Cloud access available or create a purchase agreement. Subscription terms apply separately if and when a paid Cloud subscription is offered.
Parked use only
GoFlexExtend is intended only for use while a vehicle is safely parked. Do not use it while driving or when the operator should be monitoring the road or surroundings. You are responsible for following applicable laws, vehicle instructions, and safe-use practices.
Private-development status
GoFlexExtend Cloud is in private development. Features, availability, reliability, pricing, and compatibility may change. We do not guarantee compatibility with a particular vehicle, browser, router, hotspot, operating system, or network.
Allowed use
Use the website and any authorized beta access lawfully and only for intended work-related screen-sharing purposes. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe other users’ sessions, upload malicious material, or use the service for audio, music, video playback, file transfer, or unlawful activity.
Account and access security
Keep access credentials, pairing codes, and device information confidential. Do not share a session with an unauthorized person. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Intellectual property
GoFlexExtend, its website, software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by GoFlexCloud, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant a right to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and any beta materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoFlexCloud, LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or beta materials.
