Privacy notice

This notice describes the public GoFlexExtend website and private-beta communications. GoFlexExtend Cloud is still in private development and is not currently available for customer purchase.
Who is responsible
GoFlexCloud, LLC operates GoFlexExtend. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@goflexcloud.com.
Information you choose to provide
If you request beta access or contact support, you may provide your name, email address, Mac model, macOS version, receiving-display or browser details, intended test use, and message. The beta-request page opens your email application; it does not submit the form to this website. Your email provider handles the message you choose to send.
FlexBot questions
If you submit a question through FlexBot, the question and recent conversation context are sent to GoFlexCloud’s assistant service to generate a reply. Do not enter pairing codes, passwords, payment details, access tokens, or other sensitive information. FlexBot is not an emergency, legal, financial, or technical-security service.
Technical information
Like most hosted websites, our hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time, and security events. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
How we use information
- respond to beta and support requests;
- evaluate private-beta fit and compatibility feedback;
- operate, secure, and improve the website and future service;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help operate the website, email, assistant, hosting, security, or payment services, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including support, beta administration, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and verification. Email support@goflexcloud.com with “GoFlexExtend privacy request” in the subject line. Residents of jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may have further rights under applicable law.
Children
GoFlexExtend is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product and website change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
